Marketing Operations Executive

Responsibilities (how we will measure success):
⭐ Optimize Marketing ops: Work with a cross functional team to manage & improve our marketing ops function. Be well versed in the workings of Hubspot.
⭐ Process ownership : Be the SPOC for anything related to Hubspot process for multiple internal teams - Marketing, Sales, Onboarding & partners.
⭐ Campaign Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with the larger marketing team in identifying data segments & improve marketing ROI through insights from Hubspot.
⭐ System Integration: Work closely with Hubspot & allied platforms (communication, billing, analytics & reporting) to ensure tight integration & data flows across multiple platforms.
⭐ Data sanity: Ensure all data in our CRM(Hubspot) is always up to date & without duplication or errors. Run multiple checks on a regular basis to ensure Hubspot acts as single source of truth.
What you'll do:
⭐ Ensure all the workflows that affect sales, marketing & other cross functional teams are running optimally at all times.
⭐ Collaborate closely with Sales teams to track any Hubspot related issues & solve them with the use of available tools like workflows, reports & integrations.
⭐ Take ownership, Be up-to date with org initiatives, seek help & be communicative.
⭐ Check & ensure sanity of data flow from multiple sources to the CRM & ensure 100% data integrity with zero lead leakage on a daily basis.
⭐ Use external tools like Zapier, Looker to build solutions on the go & make sure cross functional teams are able to look data the way they want.
⭐ Prepare data for weekly reports, gather insights & exceptions regularly & share with respective stakeholders.
⭐ Keep track of access controls, audit logs & exceptions that may turn business critical if not tracked early in the process.
Who you are:
⭐ 4-5 years of experience in working with Hubspot or similar enterprise grade CRM
⭐ Well versed with workflows, integrations & native reporting tools
⭐ Strong exposure to sales processes, pipelines
⭐ Exposure to system integration platforms like Zapier
⭐ Experience working with communication platforms for voice & Whatsapp campaigns is an additional advantage
⭐ Experience with reporting platforms such as Looker, Power BI
