Marketing Associate

What you'll do:
⭐ Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns on Chinese platforms, optimizing paid and organic initiatives to achieve commercial KPIs (leads, SQLs, revenue) and brand metrics (mentions, share of voice, presence).
⭐ Build and maintain Osome’s omni-channel presence in China (WeChat Official Account, Video Account, Mini Program, Rednote, Douyin, Baidu, Zhihu, etc), managing content strategy, publishing, data analysis, feature rollout, and paid campaigns with agencies and freelancers.
⭐ Coordinate creation and scheduling of marketing assets, including graphics (with designers), social copy, emails, and website landing pages.
⭐ Source and manage Chinese-speaking influencers (YouTube, Rednote, etc.) for branding and lead-generation campaigns, handling negotiation and end-to-end coordination.
⭐ Identify and coordinate field marketing opportunities, including tradeshows, sponsorships, and small-scale community workshops to engage target segments.
⭐ Track campaign performance metrics (e.g., cost per contact, cost per lead) and analyze internal sales data such as lead-to-SQL conversion rates to deliver clear, visualized KPI reports with actionable insights.
⭐ Work closely with Sales and other Marketing team members to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives across teams.
⭐ Maintain campaign calendars, organize project files, and coordinate internal meetings and documentation.
Who you are:
⭐ BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Journalism,
Economics, or related fields.
⭐ 2–4 years of marketing experience, with proven success driving leads and sales through
Chinese social channels.
⭐ Hands-on experience managing Chinese social channels, including setting up WeChat
Mini Programs and creating, executing, and optimizing ads on WeChat, Douyin, and
Rednote.
⭐ Prior experience in B2B industries such as tech, fintech, professional services,
consultancy/advisory, or cross-border payments.
⭐ Ability to contribute to strategic go-to-market plans across digital and in-person channels.
⭐ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse,
cross-functional teams.
⭐ Native Mandarin speaker with strong English communication skills.
