Senior Website & Marketing Ops Manager

What you'll do:
1.) Website Strategy & Product Ownership
⭐ Define and own the website vision, roadmap, and OKRs aligned with business and marketing goals.
⭐ Translate product strategy and customer insights into actionable requirements.
⭐ Ensure seamless global user experience across markets and languages.
2.) Omnichannel Automation & Self-Service Flows
⭐ Own the development and optimisation of automated self-service flows (SSFs) to reduce friction, improve user experience and conversion into paid customers.
⭐ Manage and iterate on chatbot experiences (LLM-based and rule-based) to increase conversion and improve lead qualification while reducing reliance on sales agents.
3.) Marketing Automation & CRM
⭐ Take charge of our marketing automation and CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot) optimize customer journeys and drive retention.
⭐ Design and implement automated campaigns, lead scoring, and segmentation for personalized experiences.
⭐ Leverage CRM data for website personalization and targeted communications, continuously tracking KPIs for performance improvement.
4.) Performance & Conversion Optimisation
⭐ Drive continuous improvement in conversion rates (visitor → lead → customer).
⭐ Implement and manage A/B tests, analytics tracking, and UX experiments.
⭐ Identify growth opportunities using tools like GA4, Looker, Clarity, and user interviews.
5.) User-Centered Design & Research
⭐ Collaborate with UX/UI designers to shape intuitive, mobile-optimised experiences
Run user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform product iterations.
6.) Cross-Functional Project Management
⭐ Lead a cross-functional squad (designers, developers, content) to deliver high-impact changes.
⭐ Prioritise work using frameworks like RICE, track delivery in tools like Jira, Notion, or Figma.
⭐ Ensure the CMS (Strapi) enables scalable content delivery with minimal dev bottlenecks.
7.) SEO & Content Integration
⭐ Partner with SEO and content teams to scale organic acquisition and implement technical SEO.
⭐ Maintain global content structure, navigation logic, and internal linking.
8.) Work Closely with Performance Marketing
⭐ Collaborate with Performance Marketing team in campaign alignment & evaluations, landing-page strategy, lead nurture integration, data & feedback loop.
Who you are:
⭐ 6+ years of experience in website/product management, ideally in SaaS, Fintech, or e-commerce.
⭐ At least 5 years of extensive experience in CRO, & Advanced Analytics.
⭐ Strong understanding and proven UX-UI conversion experiences.
⭐ Hands-on experience implementing or managing automated user flows and/or chatbots.
⭐ Experience managing large-scale websites (200+ pages) in terms of SEO and international content.
⭐ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
⭐ Prior small team management experience is required.
⭐ Familiar with tools like GA4, Looker, Figma, Strapi, GrowthBook, Notion, or similar.
⭐ Data-informed decision maker with a test-and-learn mindset.
⭐ Understanding of HTML/CSS and experience working with front-end teams.
