What you'll do:
⭐ Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a data-driven global content strategy that helps build market awareness, credibility, and trust. This includes mapping campaigns to target personas and the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.
⭐Thought Leadership: Establish Osome as a trusted source for financial information for small business owners. This involves creating educational content, highlighting relevant financial market trends, and using expert insights.
⭐ Content Creation: Lead the creation of diverse content formats, such as expert guides, blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media content. This includes ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and quality across all content assets.
⭐SEO and Optimization: Lead content optimization to improve search rankings and organic traffic, working with digital and SEO teams to identify keyword opportunities and integrate technical SEO best practices.
⭐ Distribution and Amplification: Develop and execute comprehensive distribution strategies across all digital channels, including email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
⭐ Sales and ABM Alignment: Collaborate with sales and field marketing teams to create targeted content that addresses the specific pain points of high-value accounts. The role also involves creating sales collateral and enablement tools to help the sales team convert prospects more efficiently.
⭐ Performance Measurement: Implement tracking and analytical frameworks to measure content performance rigorously. Use data insights (traffic, MQLs, conversions) to refine the content strategy and demonstrate the ROI of content marketing efforts.
Who you are:
⭐ Strategic Acumen: The ability to develop and execute a data-driven global content strategy. This includes anticipating future challenges for small businesses, such as regulatory changes or shifts in tax laws, and creating content that proactively addresses them.
⭐ Leadership: The ability to manage, lead, and mentor a content team, as well as external freelancers and agencies. This also includes fostering collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders across sales, product management, and other marketing functions.
⭐ FinTech Expertise: The ability to translate complex B2B FinTech concepts into compelling narratives.
⭐ Brand Voice: A deep understanding of Osome's "hassle-free," "expert," "flexible," and "smart" brand voice and the ability to evolve it across all content touchpoints. The candidate must be able to balance authority and approachability when simplifying intricate financial topics.
⭐ Analytical Skills: The ability to use advanced analytics tools, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), and CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to measure content performance and demonstrate ROI.
⭐ Multi-touch Content Expertise: The role requires someone who is adept at understanding and implementing various content types and collaborating with sales and data teams to measure content's influence across the entire customer journey.
