What you'll do:
⭐ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients seeking business incorporation services in Hong Kong and Singapore.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and guide them through the incorporation process.
⭐ Industry Expertise
- Advise clients on company incorporation policies, compliance requirements, and tax regulations specific to HK and Singapore.
- Provide insights on foreign exchange control, legal frameworks, and regulatory requirements for businesses in Mainland China operating abroad.
⭐ Sales Execution
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate reporting in CRM tools.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by delivering tailored solutions to clients.
⭐ Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, compliance, legal, and operations, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Stay updated on regulatory and industry changes to effectively advise clients.
Who you are:
⭐ Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate secretarial services, company incorporation, or a similar field.
- Hands-on experience with incorporating companies in Hong Kong and/or Singapore is essential.
- Familiarity with Mainland China’s business environment, particularly regarding tax & legal frameworks and compliance.
⭐ Knowledge
- Strong understanding of tax, legal, and compliance requirements specific to Mainland China and cross-border business.
- Expertise in business incorporation policies in HK and Singapore, including compliance frameworks.
⭐ Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin (native) and English (basic proficiency required).
- Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills.
⭐ Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot or similar)
- Self-starter with excellent organisational and time management skills.
