Product Marketing Specialist - Fractionals
Osome is redefining the "back office" for the next generation of global entrepreneurs. We are the AI Company Management Platform for global founders, executing a pure-play solution to the $100B macro opportunity: automating the messy, expensive, deeply unsexy cross-system coordination work that plagues the "forgotten middle child" of business—SMEs under $5M in revenue scaling across SG, HK, UK, and the UAE.
As our Product Marketing Specialist for the Freelancer and Fractional segments, you will be the primary execution engine of our high-velocity organic portfolio growth. This is a high-autonomy role requiring a rare, scrappy "full-stack" product marketer: someone who can audit freelancer compliance challenges on Monday, draft a high-converting landing page targeting multi-client consultants on Tuesday, and embed themselves within a premium fractional operator community by Thursday.
Working as the definitive execution partner supporting our Senior PMM, your mission is to keep our middle-of-the-funnel pipeline fed, optimized, and highly enabled. You will translate our sophisticated AI ledger infrastructure into clear, simple narratives that prove why legacy DIY software is just an "Empty Car" dashboard treadmill, completely removing the administrative friction for solo builders and fractional operators scaling their independent client books.
What to expect:
Funnel Conversion Progression: Achieve a target 3% MoM conversion rate improvement across the middle-of-the-funnel by empowering independent operators with stage-specific value materials.
Pipeline Velocity Acceleration: Accelerate Lead to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) conversion tracks, systematically reducing friction throughout the independent professional buying journey.
Product Activation & Feature Stickiness: Drive the adoption, recurring utilization, and expansion of native fintech tools, multi-currency modules, and bank integrations.
Enablement Assets Architecture: Keep our sales and growth squads fully armed by maintaining an up-to-date repository of segment-specific battle cards and objection-handling documentation.
Ecosystem Channel Growth: Expand Osome's market footprint by successfully embedding our brand into core external hubs, contractor networks, and fractional operator ecosystems.
If you want to build confidence, judgement, and ownership, it will be.
What you'll do:
Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous primary and secondary research across our 4 core markets (SG, HK, UK, UAE) to map shifting contractor regulations, tax compliance rules, and multi-currency pain points relevant for freelancers and fractionals.
ICP Architecture & Refinement: Construct and continuously update hyper-specific Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and actionable personas for sole proprietors, independent creators, and multi-client fractional operators.
Enablement Collateral Production: Mine deep insights from sales calls and customer feedback loops to build highly actionable collateral, including battle cards, pitch decks, scripts, and fact sheets.
Product-First Onboarding Integration: Map and optimize guided, product-first onboarding materials and pathways that allow solo operators to segway into the platform seamlessly while accelerating time-to-value.
Asset Architecture Support: Assist the Senior PMM by developing high-converting segment landing pages, rich-media product demos, social selling toolkits, and orchestrating product-focused webinars.
Community Infiltration & Activation: Identify, map, and systematically penetrate professional networks, digital channels, and ecosystem hubs where freelancers and fractional executives operate to scale lead volume.
Campaign Value Optimization: Work closely alongside growth and performance marketing teams to refine, split-test, and strengthen core value propositions across active digital initiatives.
Field Marketing Fueling: Provide regional field marketing teams with fresh execution ideas, plug-and-play materials, localized insights, and highly tactical segment updates for creator events.
Product-Led CRM Nurtures: Coordinate closely with CRM squads to orchestrate automated, behavioral, product-led email marketing campaigns engineered to drive product engagement and uncover qualified sales opportunities.
In-App Adoption & Upsell Support: Collaborate with product teams to successfully activate feature releases, maximize core product adoption, reduce customer support contact rates, and surface organic upgrade opportunities.
Competitive Landscape Auditing: Monitor and maintain an explicit tactical radar on budget digital churners (e.g., Sleek, Grof) and domestic landlockers (e.g., doola, Stripe Atlas), tracing how they handle independent billing boundaries.
Who you are:
Ecosystem Intuition: The absolute capability to recognize that marketing a back-office solution to an independent solo creative requires a fundamentally different transactional hook than speaking to a fractional CFO looking to migrate their entire client portfolio.
The "Financial Friend" Voice: You write like a knowledgeable human helping a human. You can effortlessly cut the corporate coldness and translate complex cross-border compliance, tax structures, and business setup rules into conversational copy.
Scrappy & Execution-Obsessed: A natural bias for action with a love for the execution layer. You excel at taking high-level product positioning and rapidly converting it into live, high-performing text, playbooks, and assets.
Data-Driven Agility: Fluency in moving swiftly from anecdotal feedback to quantitative validation. You know how to track conversion drops, audit behavioral user metrics, and use data to refine growth messaging.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional alignment capabilities, enabling you to seamlessly gather, synthesize, and deploy insights between Product Development, Growth Engineers, and customer-facing Sales squads.
You’ll leave this role better than you started. That’s the goal.
