EMEA Sales Manager

We've developed a unique solution that combines SaaS with a human-in-the-loop approach to provide full-fledged services in real-time.
We’re experiencing rapid growth in both client base and team, which now comprises around 500 people across our offices worldwide. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for more bright minds who are excited to make a real impact by solving complex problems.

What you'll do:
Sales strategy and execution
develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy tailored to the EMEA market.
Market entry and expansion
successfully launched Osome's sales presence in the EMEA, establishing a strong local pipeline within the first 3–6 months.
Revenue generation
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaboration and cross-functional influence
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
Develop revenue and growth plans aligned with company objectives.
Drive inbound lead generation by collaborating with the Marketing team to maintain a sustainable growth pipeline.
Report on activity, pipeline health, and performance metrics to leadership weekly.
Provide actionable steps to achieve monthly sales forecasts and targets.
Establish and maintain a structured goal-setting framework for sales, including regular reporting and analysis.
Support and coach individual sales team members in reaching their KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and workflows.
Gather and share feedback from prospects to help tailor messaging, pricing, and services for the local market.
Track competitor activity and trends within the EMEA.
Who you are:
Comfortable building from scratch and being resourceful, self-driven, and thrives in ambiguity.
Strong track record of closing deals, exceeding targets, and managing full sales cycles independently.
Deep knowledge of the EMEA business landscape and local buyer behaviours.
Skilled at building trust, uncovering customer pain points, and delivering tailored solutions.
Clear, persuasive communicator (both written and verbal), and able to influence internally and externally.
Uses metrics to guide actions, track performance, and optimise sales processes.
Works well cross-functionally with marketing, operations, CX and product teams to drive results.
Quick to adjust to change, bounce back from setbacks, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll leave this role better than you started. That’s the goal.
Non-negotiables
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in fast-growing or scaling environments.
Strong background in selling accounting, corporate services, or professional services to SMEs or startups.
Experience in SaaS, product-led, or subscription-based sales models, with a deep understanding of the full customer lifecycle.
Strong sales experience, comfortable converting warm leads as well as building new campaigns and pipelines from scratch.
Prior exposure to growing a new market or vertical is a strong advantage.
Experience working in or selling into the EMEA market.
Previous experience in early-stage or high-growth startups is a plus and must be comfortable operating with limited structure.
