We’re experiencing rapid growth in both client base and team, which now comprises around 500 people across our offices worldwide. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for more bright minds who are excited to make a real impact by solving complex problems.
What to expect:
You’ll handle real client accounts, not dummy data
Accuracy matters — mistakes don’t hide for long
You’ll communicate with clients and internal teams regularly

What you'll do:
Developing and executing strategy for partnerships growth whilst maintaining existing relationships
Support partners with client requests, handle client sales and onboarding
Assist with managing partners and maintaining partners satisfaction
Manage the sales pipeline by following up on leads coming from partners and closing them
Communicate with the operational teams to ensure a high standard of service quality and coordination
Collaborate with cross functional teams to escalate any issues partners might be experiencing
Help us to advance our technical lead by providing input into our software development process
Any other ad-hoc responsibilities as required

Who you are:
Experience with partnerships, business development, or sales
A degree in marketing, business, communications or related disciplines; extensive work experience would make up for lack in qualifications
You’ll leave this role better than you started. That’s the goal.
Key competencies for position and level
Interest in fintech & broad based knowledge of the landscape both in HK and SG
Help us to advance our technical lead by providing input into our software development process
Fluent in English (verbal and written), Cantonese and Mandarin will be an advantage
