Marketing Director - Demand Creation (PR & Comms)

Responsibilities (how do we measure your success):
Business Impact: At Osome, marketing leads the revenue charge. We are the growth drivers of the business by driving top of funnel awareness and category ownership.
Brand Resonance: Drive brand awareness and top-of-funnel growth through category-defining content that exudes brand personality.
Build a Media Engine: Transform Osome’s marketing from a software/services company into a trusted media brand for entrepreneurs. You will oversee the global editorial strategy across all mediums (video, audio, written, experiential).
Own the Narrative: Act as the chief storyteller. Define our global positioning, messaging, and tone of voice, ensuring we sound like human beings speaking to ambitious founders, not an accountant speaking to a spreadsheet or a vice versa, you get the drift.
Lead the Creative Pod: Manage, inspire, and elevate a high-performing team of content marketing, organic social, PR, design and events.
Category Design: Shift the market conversation from "how to do accounting" to "how to build a modern business," positioning Osome's leadership as top-tier thought leaders.
Brand-to-Demand Bridge: Lead closed-loop execution across concepts, creation, engagement and execution and customer experience.
Task (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis):
Editorial Direction: Architect and oversee the global content calendar, ensuring every piece of content, from a TikTok video to a long form eBooks are deeply engaging and on-brand.
Experiential & Event Content: Bridge the digital and physical worlds by directing the content strategy for multi-format engagement. You will own the narrative and collateral for global tradeshows, industry conferences, and exclusive founder events, ensuring every keynote, panel, and booth activation serves as a high-impact extension of the Osome media engine.
Earned Media & PR: Direct the global PR strategy. You will identify "newsjacking" opportunities, craft disruptive pitches, and secure Tier-1 media coverage for our founders and business milestones.
Creative Gatekeeping: Review and elevate the creative output of your team. You are the ultimate taste-maker for the brand's visual identity and copywriting.
Organic Social Domination: Guide the social media team to build highly engaged, localized communities across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and regional platforms.
Campaign Orchestration: Conceive and launch massive, multi-market brand awareness campaigns that break through the noise of the traditional corporate services sector.
Performance Tracking: Monitor Share of Voice (SOV), organic traffic growth, PR reach, and brand sentiment, reporting directly to the C-suite on the momentum of our demand creation engine.
Required Experience:
8-10 years of marketing experience with a heavy, demonstrable focus on Brand, Content Strategy, PR, or/and Field Marketing
Proven track record of managing and scaling in-house creative, content, and communications teams (preferably in a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or fast-growing startup)
A killer portfolio of brand campaigns, multi-format event activations, content properties, or PR stunts that you conceptualized and drove from ideation to launch.
Experience scaling a brand narrative across multiple international markets, understanding how to maintain a global identity while allowing for local nuance
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Experience in hiring, onboarding, mentoring and leading high-performing marketing team
Exceptional leadership skills, capable of building a dedicated following within the organisation.
Prior experience in a tech-driven business or SaaS company, ideally in a scale-up.
Experience in the field of accounting and corporate services would be highly desired.
