Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our small, experienced team and take ownership of meaningful product areas across web and mobile. You’ll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to turn roadmap priorities into intuitive, scalable experiences that ship and make a real impact.

While strategic direction is set at board and product level, designers at Osome play an active role in refining and shaping initiatives before execution. We value people who can bring clarity to evolving ideas, collaborate closely to define the right solution, and then deliver it with confidence and craft.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end design execution for product areas

• Translate roadmap initiatives into structured user journeys, flows and polished UI

• Deliver development-ready designs across desktop, mobile web and mobile apps (iOS and/or Android)

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to refine requirements and ensure feasibility

• Identify when user validation is needed and conduct research or usability testing

• Make design decisions grounded in user insights, product context and business priorities

• Maintain high standards of craft while delivering reliably and pragmatically

Who you are:

• 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional product teams

• Proven experience delivering complex product areas end to end

• Strong UX and interaction design skills, especially for structured workflows

• Experience designing for desktop and mobile platforms (iOS or Android required; both is a plus)

• Familiarity with mobile-first thinking and responsive patterns

• Experience delivering clear specifications and working closely with engineering

• Ability to balance user needs, business priorities and technical constraints

• Experience working with or alongside a design system, contributing to components evolution

• Experience validating design decisions through user research or testing

• Proficiency in English
