What you'll do:
Review and update support team-related reports accurately in the system.
Track and manage client reminders, renewals, and follow-ups on a daily and weekly basis.
Liaise with internal departments to support task execution and ensure timely completion.
Assist in document e-filing and uploading of emails and records in a timely and organized manner.
Respond to internal queries related to administrative support matters, including ad-hoc and one-off project requests.
Extract, prepare, and import data into internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ensure all records and system updates are maintained consistently and in compliance with internal processes.
Supporting in ad-hoc task as and when required.
Who you are:
Diploma in Business / Accounting/Finance or related fields 1 year working experience, Accounting graduates encouraged to apply.
Attention to detail and tech savvy, able to work with large volumes of data.
Good spoken & written English.
Able to work independently and in a team.
You’ll leave this role better than you started. That’s the goal.
