Responsibilities (How We Measure Your Success):

⭐ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards by effectively reviewing client profiles and assessing risk levels.

⭐ Conduct thorough due diligence searches and meticulously review all relevant documentation.

⭐ Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date KYC records in full adherence to compliance guidelines.

⭐ Actively participate in the due diligence process by identifying compliance risks and contributing to risk mitigation strategies.

⭐ Contribute to internal audits and system reviews, promptly reporting discrepancies or issues for resolution.

⭐ Assist in evaluating client risk using a risk-based approach to support tailored due diligence processes.

⭐ Monitor the audit cycle program to ensure its ongoing effectiveness and relevance.

⭐ Collaborate closely with team members to foster a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement.

Tasks (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):

⭐ Risk Assessment: Review client profiles to determine risk levels and ensure full regulatory compliance.

⭐ Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence searches and meticulously verify all collected documentation.

⭐ KYC Management: Maintain and update KYC records in strict adherence to internal and external compliance guidelines.

⭐ Risk Mitigation: Identify potential compliance risks during the onboarding process and contribute to effective mitigation strategies.

⭐ Audits & Reviews: Support internal audits and system reviews; promptly report discrepancies to ensure rapid resolution.

⭐ Process Optimization: Use a risk-based approach to customize due diligence processes and monitor the audit cycle for effectiveness.

⭐ Collaboration: Work closely with the team to foster a culture of transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

⭐ Background or experience in corporate law, accounting, corporate secretarial work, banking regulations, and/or financial analysis.

⭐ CAMS or other relevant compliance certifications are preferred.

⭐ Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

⭐ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

⭐ Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

⭐ Demonstrated track record of delivering solutions efficiently and effectively.

⭐ Highly diligent, resilient, and organized, with strong time management skills.

⭐ Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
