HR Executive

Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day HR and office administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Malaysian employment legislation.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, building management, and general administrative support.
Support HR policy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Respond to colleagues enquiries via internal ticketing system.
Payroll Management
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time using HR/payroll systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, etc.).
Handle payroll reconciliation, leave records, and attendance tracking.
Liaise with Finance and external auditors as needed, participate in company audit annually or as when required.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, medical, and leave management.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market benchmarks and assist in compensation reviews.
Support HR team in reviewing and implementing C&B policies and initiatives.
Participate in renewal vendor process.
Employee Off-boarding
Manage the full off-boarding process including exit interviews, clearance, and final payments.
Ensure compliance with company and legal requirements for termination or resignation cases.
Provide insights on exit feedback to support employee retention initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Events
Plan, coordinate, and execute company events, employee engagement activities, and CSR initiatives.
Support communication and culture-building efforts to foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance employee morale and workplace culture.
Participate in Global projects that makes an impact on employee engagement.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in planning and executing employee engagement programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Exposure to HRIS or digital HR platforms will be an advantage, Hibob.
Confident in working within SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and being the face of HR team in Malaysia.
Has a flair for communicating with people and does not shy away from
Who You Are
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
Hands-on experience in payroll systems (e.g., Infotech, Telenox) and proficient in Excel.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable building connections and credibility within the office.
Team player and supports team mates where needed.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.
