What you'll do:

⭐ Prepare and verify the accuracy of yearly/quarterly financial records in a timely manner.

⭐ Review and verify the payroll for personal tax filing or IR56B yearly.

⭐ Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

⭐ Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their accounting-related queries and concerns. 

⭐ Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and propose solutions for streamlining
workflows.

Who you are:

⭐ Candidates should either have a Degree/ Diploma in Accountancy (HKICPA/ACCA/CPAA certificate a plus). 

⭐  2-3 years of experience in professional firm will be an added advantage
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

⭐ A team player with excellent interpersonal skills. 

⭐ Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

⭐  Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and keep things moving and juggle multiple tasks. 

⭐  Strong drive to excel professionally, and to guide and motivate others.
