Key Focus Areas:
Performance Marketing Mastery:
⭐ Drive and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube and others.
⭐ Leverage deep understanding of the Chinese digital ecosystem to generate leads for the Hong Kong business.
⭐ Minimum 6+ years of direct experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
Marketing Automation & CRM Leadership:
⭐ Strategically build and manage CRM/Marketing Automation platform.
⭐ Proven experience in creating and implementing lifecycle management campaigns that drive higher conversion rates and increase SQLs.
⭐ Minimum 5+ years of experience in strategic campaign building and lifecycle management within HubSpot.
Regional Expertise & Partnership Management:
⭐ Work across Hong Kong, Singapore, China, and Malaysia & UK markets.
⭐ Collaborate with Partnerships and Sales teams to maximise lead generation.
⭐ Minimum 5+ years experience in a digital marketing agency, with regional account servicing experience.
SEO & Digital Strategy:
⭐ Oversee SEO strategy and execution, working directly with SEO teams.
⭐ Minimum 4+ years experience understanding and working directly with SEO teams.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
⭐ AI Enhanced Performance Analytics: Leverage predictive modelling and AI-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
⭐ Automated, AI-Integrated Dashboards: Develop real-time dashboards with AI for advanced performance monitoring and forecasting.
Team Leadership & Management:
⭐ Build and lead a high-performing team of at least 5 direct reports.
⭐ Minimum 6+ years of managerial experience with a proven track record of team building.
Key Responsibilities:
⭐ Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across key platforms.
⭐ Drive lead generation within the Chinese market for Hong Kong.
⭐ Optimise CRM and marketing automation systems, particularly HubSpot.
⭐ Manage partner campaigns, leading the marketing component.
⭐ Provide strategic direction and hands-on execution for large-scale campaigns.
⭐ Deliver compelling presentations and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience:
⭐ Proven ability to build high-performing teams.
⭐ Strong understanding of the Chinese digital ecosystem (preferred).
⭐ Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot.
⭐ Experience managing regional partnerships across Asia Pacific.
⭐ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
⭐ Proven stakeholder management and storytelling abilities.
⭐ Digital Agency & Scale-up experience. At least Series A onwards.
⭐ Candidates must be proficient in English, proficient in Chinese is a plus.
