Account Executive (Chinese Market)

What you'll do:
⭐ Manage assigned responsive leads using tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Gmail, and Guru.
⭐ Pick up and nurture responsive leads.
⭐ Provide accurate and timely counsel to leads regarding Hong Kong incorporation, corporate secretary services, tax regulations, accounting, and audit requirements.
⭐ Offer a thorough overview of Osome's software and processes to clients, setting clear expectations.
⭐ Follow up with leads according to the sales cadence, including calls, emails, and preferred communication channel.
⭐ Issue and diligently follow up on invoices to convert leads and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
⭐ Inform relevant stakeholders of new clients to ensure seamless processing and collaboration.
⭐ Support the company's go-to-market strategy and explore new market opportunities.
Who you are:
⭐ Minimum of 2-4 years of B2B or B2C sales experience.
⭐ Outbound sales experience is highly preferred.
⭐ Previous experience in the accounting and corporate services industry is advantageous.
⭐ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (Simplified Chinese); fluency in Cantonese is an advantage.
⭐ Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
⭐ Strong communication skills, action-oriented mentality, and a strong entrepreneurial/business sense
⭐ Well-organised and experienced in managing pipelines
