What You’ll Do:

⭐ Address internal requests to contact unresponsive clients to obtain supporting documents.

⭐ Ensure timely follow-up for each case, and deliver complete and accurate updates to internal requestors by sending out summary minutes. 

⭐ Reach out to clients through phone calls or internally generated tickets, adhering to set guidelines and timelines.

⭐ Provide a professional and courteous experience in all client interactions to uphold Osome's reputation.

⭐ Identify and forward concerning client interactions to the appropriate departments (e.g., complaints about service or quality) to resolve issues effectively.

⭐ Provide constructive feedback and highlight process discrepancies encountered during work to improve overall operations.

⭐ Maintain strict confidentiality of all client data, including personal and financial information, in compliance with company policies.

⭐ Ensure every client interaction, whether directly or indirectly, results in a positive customer experience.

⭐ Collaborate with the team to address recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

⭐ Perform any additional tasks assigned by Management as part of supporting overall business objectives.

Who You Are:

⭐ Diploma/Degree in related fields

⭐ 2+ years of customer service experience preferably from Shared Services or Customer Support roles

⭐ Excellent communication skills is a must with a client-oriented mindset with an ability to explain concepts in a clear and concise manner to clients.

⭐ Strong focus on providing an excellent client experience, including the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally.

⭐ Willingness to work cooperatively with clients and internal teams to address and resolve issues effectively.

⭐ Ability to maintain a calm and polite demeanor in high-pressure situations.
