What you'll do:
⭐ Manage assigned responsive leads using tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Gmail, and Guru.
⭐ Pick up and nurture responsive leads.
⭐ Provide accurate and timely counsel to leads regarding Hong Kong incorporation, corporate secretary services, tax regulations, accounting, and audit requirements.
⭐ Offer a thorough overview of Osome's software and processes to clients, setting clear expectations.
⭐ Follow up with leads according to the sales cadence, including calls, emails, and preferred communication channel.
⭐ Issue and diligently follow up on invoices to convert leads and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
⭐ Inform relevant stakeholders of new clients to ensure seamless processing and collaboration.
Who you are:
⭐ Minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience.
⭐ Candidates must possess excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
⭐ Previous experience in the accounting and corporate services industry is advantageous.
⭐ Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
⭐ Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
⭐ Displays a willingness to learn and effectively utilise available resources.
⭐ Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM/Sales platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
