Do you have a proven track record of success in developing and executing email marketing and ABM campaigns that nurture leads, drive conversions, and build relationships with customers? This is an opportunity to join a goal-driven startup with big ambitions. Building upon our triumphant Series A raise in 2021, we concluded our Series B funding round in December 2022, further solidifying our commitment to continued growth.
What you'll be doing
✅ Working with business stakeholders to understand company needs and how CRM/ABM can support
✅ Ideate on CRM/ABM experiments and determine implementation cadence (target, timeline, action points) for each campaign
✅ Liaise with the Global team (content, analytics, product) to align the technical implementation of initiatives
✅ Create audience segments, email content, and drip campaigns via HubSpot
✅ Developing and implementing an ABM strategy, including identifying target accounts, developing personalized messaging, and executing targeted outreach campaigns.
✅ Working with product teams to test and optimize their in-product messaging by tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Use these insights to improve the performance of in-product messaging campaigns over time.
✅ Staying up-to-date on the latest email marketing and ABM trends and technologies.
What You'll Accomplish
🚀 Increase conversion rate by 6% MoM for all stages of the funnel.
🚀 Create Account Based Marketing tactics that increase first revenue with 6 % MoM.
🚀 Keep payback time below 12 months.
🚀 Support the Head Media Buyer in driving experiments and setting up the experimentation framework.
🚀 Support the Product team in developing relevant, engaging, and effective in-product messaging.
What We're Looking For
🔥 3+ years of experience in an email marketing or ABM role, preferably in a SaaS or tech start-up environment.
🔥 Experience with building automation & HTML-based email templates via HubSpot
🔥 Good understanding of product marketing best practices
🔥 A strong understanding of the technical aspects of CRM
🔥 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔥 Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
