We are looking for a client-centric individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding Specialist. This is a remote position based in Malaysia, the key responsibility of the role is to ensure our clients are getting the best experience.
This is an opportunity to join a goal-driven startup with big ambitions. Building upon our triumphant Series A raise in 2021, we concluded our Series B funding round in December 2022, further solidifying our commitment to continued growth.
What you'll do
⭐ Provide customer support during the onboarding.
⭐ Communicate with clients to guide them through the onboarding journey up until client activation.
⭐ Conduct onboarding meetings and Osome app demos to improve Osome
product adoption and ensure clients are set for success.
⭐ Understand customer context and goals and provide information to best
serve those goals.
⭐ Educate customers to – set expectations and align on processes and
⭐ Eliminate onboarding roadblocks such as product issues, information about
processes, and document collection.
⭐ Proactively follow up with clients via the Osome app, emails, phone calls.
⭐ Providing materials to help customers learn best practices to increase
customer loyalty and efficiency.
⭐ Collect customer feedback and report to management and improve
Who you are
✅ 2 - 3 years experience in a client onboarding; familiarity with
the industry or sector in which the company operates is a plus.
✅ Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools to track and manage client interactions and
✅ Able to work well under tight SLAs and processes to ensure clients are getting
the best experience
