We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for building strong client relationships to join our team as Account Executive.
This is an opportunity to join a goal-driven startup with big ambitions. Building upon our triumphant Series A raise in 2021, we concluded our Series B funding round in December 2022, further solidifying our commitment to continued growth.
What you'll do
⭐ Pick up and nurture responsive leads.
⭐ Provide accurate and timely counsel to leads regarding Hong Kong incorporation, corporate secretary services, tax regulations, accounting, and audit requirements.
⭐ Offer a thorough overview of Osome's software and processes to clients, setting clear expectations.
⭐ Follow up with leads according to the sales cadence, including calls, emails, and preferred communication channel.
⭐ Issue and diligently follow up on invoices to convert leads and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
⭐ Inform relevant stakeholders of new clients to ensure seamless processing and collaboration.
⭐ Support the company's go-to-market strategy and explore new market opportunities.
Who you are
✅ Minimum of 2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience
✅ Outbound sales experience is highly preferred
✅ Previous experience in the accounting and corporate services industry is advantageous.
✅ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese (Traditional Chinese), and Mandarin(Simplified Chinese); fluency in Cantonese is a must.
✅ Well-organised and experienced in managing pipelines
✅ Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
✅ Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM/Sales platforms such as HubSpot and Pipedrive is a plus.
