As a Senior Sales Consultant at Osome, your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth and ensure the success of our clients through effective sales strategies. You will be measured on your ability to achieve set revenue targets, funnel conversion rates, and internal quality scores.

What you'll do
⭐ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
⭐ Optimise the sales funnel by successfully converting leads into clients through strategic engagement.
⭐ Maintain high-quality standards in sales processes and interactions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
⭐ Utilise tools such as Hubspot, Aircall, Gmail, Lavender, Guru, and Looker to effectively manage and nurture responsive leads.
⭐ Follow and adhere to the company's sales processes and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
⭐ Cultivate strong client relationships by embodying Osome's company values in all interactions.
Who you are
✅ Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B or start-up environment or in SaaS industry
✅ Experience in the accounting and corporate services industry is an advantage
✅ Self-starter with a positive results-driven attitude and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent yet able to contribute to a team
✅ Proficiency and experience in CRM platforms (experience with Hubspot is a plus)
