We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Singapore team and help us achieve our ambitious growth goals. This is a newly created role reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, with the strategic focus on doubling the first revenue in your market over the next 12 months.

Your impact objectives for the first year:
🚀 Singapore Market Growth:
✅ Create a Go-To-Market (GTM) plan for your market, aligned with the GTM plans of your other market colleagues, and the Head of Sales for your market.
✅ Double first revenue in Singapore within 12 months, pace growth at minimum 6% MoM.
✅ Devise a growth strategy for your market based on the global marketing strategy.
✅ Project Manage key marketing initiatives for Singapore.
✅ Keep payback time below 12 months.
Who you are (what excites us 😀):
🔥 5+ years of experience in growth marketing/demand generation, with a focus on start-ups and full-funnel, multi-channel marketing
🔥 A proven track record of success in driving growth within B2B
🔥 A strong understanding of the channel mix and different strategies that can be employed to attract different types of audiences in the SG.
🔥 Experience with growth hacking and experimentation techniques.
🔥 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
🔥 A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement.
