About the role:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will take care of Osome clients from onboarding to ensuring they understand the process throughout. The Customer Success Specialist will handle requests, and concerns from clients via chats, emails, and phone calls to ensure clients receive best-in-class support.
What you'll do:
- Build a strong relationship with new clients by providing strong customer support to ensure the adoption of Osome’s suite of services
- Address clients’ concerns within the agreed timeframe via our platform, over the phone, via chats and via emails
- Accurately document customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate any issues clients might be experiencing
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to ensure growth attainment
- Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines
- Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times
Who you are:
- Recognized Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, but extensive relevant work experiences would make up for the lack of qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role and/or industry
- Experience in a client-facing role or experience related to corporate services, accounting or tax would be a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent yet able to contribute to a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to continuously develop and learn
