What you'll do:
- Engaging with clients to renew their contracts and retain them
- Understand their concerns, if any, and flag up immediately to action and liaise with operational teams to resolve client concerns
- Oversee and respond to basic sales questions around process or entitlement
- Finding opportunities to cross-sell and upgrade clients to higher revenue products
- Communicate with clients in a professional, concise, and effective manner
- Maintain accurate and timely information within the company CRM database
- Track and provide status updates on all open opportunities
Who you are:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying renewal/sales role
- Deep understanding of process building and implementation
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written, both internal and external to the organization) with the ability to actively listen to management, peers, and clients in order to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and display excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work well individually, as well as part of a team.
- Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box to meet company expectations.
- Organizational skills to facilitate timely and thorough follow-up on all client issues to completion
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
