We’re Osome - an international Fintech startup making the lives of entrepreneurs easier. We use machine learning (AI) and complex algorithms to automate accounting, tax, company formation, and other tasks. We have helped over 9,500 businesses kick admin, accounting and bookkeeping out of their day-to-day, so they can spend more time on what's important to their business.
Our team stretches across 5 countries and is composed of 450+ amazing employees, and we’re still growing! In 2021 we raised $16m in Series A funding to continue our exponential growth, with ambitious goals and objectives in place for 2022.

What you'll be doing
⭐ Achieve set client and revenue targets, and funnel conversion rates
⭐ Manage assigned responsive leads using tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, Gmail, and Guru
⭐ Adhere to the company's sales processes and workflows
⭐ Nurture all clients based on Osome Company Values
⭐ Pick up and nurture responsive leads
⭐ Provide accurate and timely counsel to leads on Hong Kong incorporation, corporate secretary, tax, accounting and audit regulations
⭐ Offer a thorough overview of Osome's software and processes to clients, setting clear expectations
⭐ Follow up with leads according to the sales cadence, including calls, emails, and preferred communication channels
⭐ Issue and follow up on invoices to convert leads and onboard new clients
⭐ Inform relevant stakeholders of new clients for smooth processing
Who you are
✅ Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience
✅ Experience in the accounting and corporate services industry is advantageous
✅ Self-motivated and proactive, with exceptional attention to detail
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team
✅ Willingness to learn and utilize available resources effectively
✅ Proficiency in Google Workspace/Microsoft Excel and CRM/Sales platforms such as HubSpot and Pipedrive is a plus
