What you'll do:

⭐Manage Bookkeeping and full set of accounts for Singapore-based clients, handling portfolio of 40-50 clients

⭐Record financial transactions from source documents into Accounting System based on Accounting Standards and Accurate Reconciliation

⭐Constantly stay updated with new regulations and accounting standards

⭐Coordinate with the sales team to ensure correct billing

⭐Testing of accounting software and giving feedback

People Management

⭐You will work directly with our Accounting Lead in managing a team of Accountants and Account Associate/Executive

⭐Contribute to company operational matters and be ready to manage up to 6 team members in ensuring quality and timely delivery of tasks assigned

⭐To get the team to always be in-line with the company needs and changes

⭐Solve accounting-related issues for the team, and escalate any more significant issues and manpower need as well as minimize complaints

Who you are:

⭐ Must have SFRS knowledge

⭐Must be proficient in Singapore ACRA and IRAS regulations

⭐Singapore based client experience
