Our team stretches across 5 countries and is composed of 450+ amazing employees, and we’re still growing! In 2021 we raised $16m in Series A funding to continue our exponential growth, with ambitious goals and objectives in place for 2022.

Responsibilities:
⭐ Proactively qualify inbound leads through various channels, including emails, chat, and phone calls, demonstrating proficiency and responsiveness.
⭐ Possess a hunter mentality, actively seeking out opportunities to generate high revenues and exceed quotas/KPIs.
⭐ Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively highlighting the value and benefits of our products/services.
⭐ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using our CRM software, ensuring data integrity.
⭐ Adhere to established sales processes across all sales platforms, effectively leveraging tools and resources to drive successful outcomes.
⭐ Efficiently manage a high volume of emails and chats, providing knowledgeable and efficient responses to customer inquiries.
⭐ Serve as an expert resource, addressing customer questions regarding services, pricing, and processes, while delivering exceptional customer service.
⭐ Follow company communications guidelines and procedures independently, demonstrating autonomy and adaptability in various situations.
⭐ Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance company efficiency, providing recommendations for implementation.
⭐ Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align sales efforts with campaign timing and messaging.
⭐ Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and surpass expected targets, fostering a supportive and results-driven environment.
⭐ Take on ad-hoc responsibilities as required to support the overall sales objectives and contribute to the team's success.
Who you are:
⭐ Recognised Diploma or Degree in relevant fields, but extensive relevant work experience would make up for lack of qualifications
⭐ Around 1-2 years of quota-carrying sales experience; Fresh graduates are also welcomed
⭐ Self-motivated and proactive, and able to work meticulously under tight deadlines
⭐ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; independent yet able to contribute to a team
⭐ A willingness to learn, with the ability to use any and all resources to get the job done
⭐ Proficient in CRM/Sales platforms such as HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce
⭐ Experience in SPIN, challenger or any other formal sales training would be an advantage
⭐ Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must and being able to converse in Mandarin will be highly preferred
