As a Growth Analyst within our data analytics team, you will drive insight gathering and help with the decision making of Osome’s Global Marketing Team. You're someone who works well in cross-functional teams and has a good understanding of online marketing. You are both technical and business-minded. You are critical of the data you are presented with and make sure it is correct. You don’t have to be taught how to build an LTV, attribution model or something similar, you’ve been there and done that. You proactively look for new growth avenues and optimization opportunities and will be the first to notice if there is anything wrong or broken and an alarm is to be sounded.
What you'll do:
⭐ Track, report and analyse the marketing funnel, sales funnel, marketing campaign and channel metrics
⭐ Share budget, campaign, website and channel optimisation recommendations based on your analysis
⭐ Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition
⭐ Build models (LTV, attribution etc.) and tools that will help the team with strategic decision making
⭐ Analyse external and internal customer data using database queries, spreadsheet models, web analytics tools, statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools
Who you are:
⭐ Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role in a fast moving startup environment
⭐ A solid understanding of the channel mix and tools used by marketers
⭐ Advanced SQL/PostgreSQL, Google Analytics, Amplitude and GTM knowledge. Experience with Python/R will be a plus.
⭐ Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related to multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, LTV, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness
⭐ Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen
⭐ Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
⭐ Proactiveness and a proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
