About the role:
As Growth Marketing Manager at Osome you will be obsessively quantitative and creatively qualitative. Highly collaborative youâll leverage insights from cross-functional teams, constantly exploring customer data and trends, creating and running tests, and revealing both current and future-facing insights. You'll create the infrastructure, models, and experiments to drive faster action, better decision-making, and quicker progress towards our Osome mission: to enable entrepreneurs to accelerate positive change. You will be working across cross-functional Osome teams in order to accelerate growth for the Singapore market. You will be in charge of developing & executing growth strategies when it comes to user acquisition, sales, partnerships, customer experience and much more!
What you'll do
Constantly build and iterate on experiments to drive our business metrics, enabling us to take quick action on:
- Acquisition strategies to improve our funnel and costs to acquire
- The key levers to drive up customer love, retention, and referrals
- Our product, how we refine, expand and communicate it
Own specific metrics and commercial goals for the business:
- Help define how we think about, speak and acquire the customer and continue to deliver value on an ongoing basis
- Pressure test, refine, and build out our attribution models
- Conduct data analysis alongside our Product teams to deduce growth roadblocks and opportunities
- Have ownership of customer acquisition with a target to grow the number of SQLs 6 times in the next 6 months.
What you're good at:
- Startup experience, full-funnel and multi-channel hands-on experience in growth marketing - youâve been on this journey before and thrive on rising to the challenge.
- Mastery over experimental design - proven ability to set up a scalable experimentation process
- Adaptable, flexible, and diplomatic - youâll ask hard questions and need to communicate the answers across the teams in ways that help drive collaboration and action
- Creativity- an understanding that no two companies will have the same growth strategy, and that rapid and continuous experimentation is key
- First-hand experience of working with product teams on product growth is a plus
- Highly empathetic - with a strong buy-in to our mission and values and the ability to put yourself into our client's shoes
- Strongly analytical, results-oriented, and metric-driven
- Ability to understand data and transform to business strategies.
