As Technical Product Manager at Osome, you will help us manage our ambitious integrations (API) roadmap. Specifically, we need someone who can apply a customer-centric, business-focused mindset to leverage integrations with third-party providers. You'll be expected to create the data model for the integration, work with the engineers to verify the integration, and craft release notes, documentation, and marketing content as new integrations are launched.

What you'll do:

⭐ Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance. Drive data quality and consistency improvements across integrations

⭐ Build a third-party integration roadmap based on business knowledge and market needs.

⭐ Manage the technical relationships with integration partners

⭐ You will strike the right balance between understanding client perspective and engineering opportunities and constraints, mastering business analysis, and thinking holistically.

⭐ Articulate the desired data model for new integrations and update the data model for integration enhancements

⭐ Develop the roadmap and manage the well-groomed backlog of new integrations and enhancements to existing integrations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.

⭐ Evaluate APIs and capabilities, map our integration plans, or evaluate different technological solutions.

Who you are:

⭐ You have a technical background and considerable experience building software solutions as a technical product manager or solution consultant.

⭐ You can work well with cross-functional teams, supporting the project narrative for both engineers and operations.

⭐ An eye for details and conceptual thinking with a track record to prove it.

⭐ You're exceptionally well-organized and get excited about a tidy Jira board.

⭐ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including technical documentation.

⭐ You have experience managing API-based product integrations

⭐ Knowledge of fintech integrations with an engineering background, experience working with Stripe, Klarna, Plaid, Square, Amazon, Shopify, and eBay, is a plus.
